If you do not respond to two different new booking requests in a row within 72 hours the SwapNights.com system will automatically place your listing 'On hold'.
Why Do We Do This?
Our members tell us it is frustrating if they place a booking request with another member and do not get a timely response. If this happens twice in a row for any listing, we disable the listing.
Sometimes an owner is unable to respond - for example, they go on holidays, are busy or unwell. We understand this, but we also want a great experience for all our users.
How to Reactivate Your Listing
If you listing has been placed 'On hold' you can easily reactivate it. When you are ready to respond in a timely manner to new booking requests you can go into your listing in edit mode (Learn how) and change the status back to 'Accepting guests' and you will receive booking requests once again.
